BOOKING CONDITIONS
Please refer to the following conditions which apply to all accommodation and/or site bookings.
Deposit/Payment - One night's accommodation is required within 10 days of a booking being made.
A receipt will be forwarded when your deposit has been made. The account balance is due and payable on arrival in cash or by
Visa, MasterCard or EFTPOS. Cheques are not accepted as payment on arrival.
Cancellations/Amendments
Please check your deposit receipt carefully and advise of any changes immediately.
Peak Season
- More than 30 days notice, payment is refundable, less $20 administration fee.
- Less than 30 days notice, payment is non refundable.
Off Peak Season
- More than 7 days notice, payment is refundable, less $20 administration fee.
- Less than 7 days notice, payment is non refundable.
Minimum Booking Periods - Minimum bookings periods may apply, see tariff schedule.
Surcharge - A $10 surcharge applies for one night accommodation bookings on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Check In - Check in time is after 2pm for cabin accommodation.
Check Out - Check out time is by 10am. A late check out may be available. Fees and conditions apply.
Pets - No accommodation bookings will be taken with pets. Pets are allowed at manager's discretion with your own caravan or tent only. No pets allowed over Easter period from 2010.
Guest Numbers - Numbers accommodated in a cabin must not exceed the number of beds. No adult may sleep on the top bunk in any accommodation. Maximum of six persons is permitted per caravan or tent site. We allow one caravan, annexe and vehicle per site or a tent, boat and vehicle.
Accommodation Bond - All accommodation is strictly non smoking and no animals are permitted with any accommodation. A $50 cash bond or credit card imprint is required upon arrival as a guarantee that cabins/on site accommodation will be left in a clean and tidy condition. Any additional cleaning or repair costs incurred due to the condition of the cabin after your use will be deducted from the bond or charged to the credit card imprint.
Tariff Changes - We reserve the right to change prices without notice. No cabin or site numbers are guaranteed.
Visitors are most welcome but are your responsibility. Please ensure they comply with the park rules. Visitors are not permitted to use the park swimming pool, jumping pillow or showers and must vacate the park by 10pm.

Single Night Surcharge - One night bookings that include Friday, Saturday or Sunday will attract a surcharge of $10.00 per cabin.
Bedding Hire - $15 per Double bed (one off charge) - $12 per Single bed (one off charge).
Peak Seasons - Christmas, Easter, Special Events, Festivals, School Holidays and Long Weekend.
Minimum Night Bookings - Minimum booking periods apply during Christmas, Easter, Special Events, Festivals, School Holidays and Long Weekends.
Dog Bond - $10 (with own van or tent only) - at Manager's discretion and conditions apply.

PARK RULES
To compliment your stay with us, we ask that all persons observe the following Park Rules:
Vehicles - 5kmph max. speed limit (walking pace). Only registered vehicles may enter the park.
Visitors - Your visitors are your responsibility & must adhere to general park rules & the following: Visitors must vacate the park by 10pm : Cars are to be left in visitor car park (front on park). Swimming Pool and Jumping Pillow, Showers facilities are NOT available for visitors to use.
Pets – Pets are not permitted in park accommodation, amenities, camp kitchen or BBQ areas. Acceptance of pets on powered &
tent sites is at the manager’s discretion. A dog bond & rules apply. Failure to comply with these rules will result in eviction from
the park.
Sites – Max. 6 persons per site. 1 x caravan, annex & vehicle or 1 x tent, boat & vehicle per site.
Cabins - Numbers accommodated in a cabin may not exceed the number of beds provided. Adults are not permitted to sleep on
top bunks. All accommodation is strictly NON SMOKING.
Fire Regulations - Campfires are not permitted. All caravan drawbars MUST face the roadway.
Smoking - All shared areas, including; cabins, camp kitchen, BBQ areas, swimming pool, playgrounds, amenities blocks, etc
are NO SMOKING. Please dispose of butts in the receptacles provided.
Wheelchair and Infant Babies Facilities - Entry codes are available from the office.
Rubbish - All garbage to be wrapped & placed in green industrial bins provided. Refer Park Map for location. Please help the
environment by separating returnable cans and bottles and placing them in crates provided for the local Scouts.
Conduct - To ensure the enjoyment of all guests, please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10pm and 7am. Loud
or offensive behavior will not be tolerated. Please report any disruptive behavior to the office by phoning 8582 3723 or pick up
the phone at the office front door – 24hours this will be treated in confidence.
Children – Children under 12 years MUST be accompanied by parents/adults at all times when using park facilities including
playground, amenities & swimming pool and jumping pillow.
Bikes, etc - Helmets MUST be worn when riding bicycles & scooters. Motorized scooters, roller blades & skateboards are
NOT allowed in the park. All road rules apply. NO bicycles or scooters are to be used after sunset.
Annexes - To minimise damage to grass, floors must be open shade cloth or open annex matting.
Car/Boat/Caravan Washing - Please check with office before washing vehicles as water restrictions apply.
BBQs and Camp Kitchen - Please leave kitchen and BBQ's clean after use and remove all rubbish and personal items.
Compliance - Failure to comply with park rules may result in eviction from the park. The registered occupant of a site or accommodation is responsible for the conduct of all members of their party and any visitors. Management reserves the right to cancel any permit at any time.
Payment - All payment for accommodation and sites is payable in advance. Early departures may not be entitled to a refund. Booking conditions apply.
Please remember - Thieves don't take holidays. Lock all vehicles and keep valuable out of site.
